Guidelines for Submitting Public Records Requests

To request access to public records maintained by the North Morrow Vector Control District, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit Your Request Requests must be submitted in writing and should include a clear description of he records you are seeking. You may submit your request via:

  • Mail or In-Person: North Morrow Vector Control District, 3 Marine Dr. NE, Boardman, OR. 97818

          2. Response Timeline In accordance with Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 to 192.478), the District will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your request with in five (5) business days
  • Provide the requested records or a written response within ten (10) business days of acknowledgement, unless an extension is necessary

          3. Fees The District may charge fees to recover the actual cost of fulfilling your reqest, including staff time, copying, and materials. A cost estimate will be provided in advance if applicable.
